Meet my fellow classmate and travelers!
For the trip to Italy and Ireland only 30 students have been accepted. Of those 30 students, I've contacted and interviewed as many people as I can to give an overview of the other students going on the trip! Here are some of their biographies...
Allison Brown
My information is posted in other places around the blog, but I felt that I should include a brief biography of my own. I am currently a freshman at the Ohio State University. I am studying marketing at the Fisher College of Business. My hometown is Lexington, Ohio (not Kentucky) and it's near Mansfield, Ohio for those of you who have never heard of it. I'm in Fisher Cares, the Public Relations Student Society of America, the Business Honors Learning Community, and Real Life at OSU. My favorite of the clubs I'm in is Real Life combined with Bible study because of the amazing new friends I've met and the great worship time we share together. This trip to Italy and Ireland holds a lot of firsts for me: my first time flying alone, my first time outside the country, and my first time trying to speak Italian. Wish me luck and send your prayers!
Na Hu
Na Hu is my roommate at OSU. She is originally from China and is enjoying her time in the United States. For her, traveling to the United States was her first time abroad. She is very excited to be traveling to Italy and Ireland, after which she will be heading home to China for the summer. Na enjoys many things at OSU, but mostly the different ways to get involved. She is a part of Fisher Cares and Bible study at a local church. Na says that she misses the food in China a lot because she can't find good, authentic Chinese food anywhere. Even though she misses Chinese food, she still enjoys going to all of the different dining places along High Street. Na has a bubbly, infectious personality that is fun and inviting. She'll be a great travel partner when we go abroad!
